Please consider more than price when buying a musical instrument, taking into account other important factors such as service, maintenance and repair, and other support that music stores can provide during and after the purchase. • What is MSRP?MSRP stands for Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, and means just our suggested selling price (19% VAT included) for the dealer. In other words the listprice. • How do I get my instrument repaired? It is still under warranty.We require all warranty repair requests and inquiries to go back through the dealer that you purchased your instrument from. We do this because we do not have access to information such as whom a dealer sold something to or when they sold it, which dictates the warranty period. You will want to contact the dealer you bought your instrument from to discuss whether or not it still carries a factory warranty for repairs. • How do I contact System'54?Our dealer network can answer any questions you may have about instruments in the System'54 lineup.
